Fullstack Web Developer

The project is to work within a team to develop a wine recommendation system that mimics a master sommelier's recommendation process. We are working with a team of master sommeliers to develop that model and an AI-based recommendation engine.

Position Description

This person will lead the development of a mobile-first web application site that will implement the UX and connect with the recommendation engine.  

Skills

The candidate needs to have experience with:

  • Backend development of mobile-first websites
  • Frontend development for mobile-first sites
  • Experience in creating a highly responsive/quick mobile-first web experience similar to an app on the phone
  • Ability to integrate backend APIs with frontend user input and 3rd party vendors
  • Building production-ready sites
  • Experience in automated website testing
  • Development of high-volume websites a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce, mobile-first a plus
